Black thumbnails
Whenever you edit the Chapters in your video description, YouTube will show black thumbnails in the Chapters box.
Why?
Because it takes YouTube a few hours (up to 1 day) to create the thumbnails for your chapters! Do not worry, the thumbnails will appear.
