YouTube adds ellipsis (…) to shorten links more than 40 characters in all video description.
To show a link in full without the ellipsis (…) it must be 40 characters or less. This is why having a short domain like https://tip.tm is important, to maximize the keyword-rich descriptive length of your links.
For example: https://tip.tm/40-is-the-limit-for-links is exactly 40 characters and is the link to this article!
